Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring that all garment tags and protective seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
